Naturally treat dark circles and puffy eyes

I was recently asked how to treat tired, puffy, dark eyes. The answer is simple. Go to your kitchen!

Two Teaspoons:

Take two teaspoons and put them in the fridge or freezer. Once cold, take the spoons with curved side down and place on the lower skin of the eyes or 10 minutes. Repeat this process twice a day to reduce puffy, dark circles.

NOTE: If spoons have been placed in freezer, be careful when removing as the skin under the eye is very soft, so do not yank them off. Remove them slowly. Your body heat should reduce any risk of pulling or injuring the skin, but we are trying to improve the eye area, not damage it further, so be careful.

Two Used Tea Bags:

Steep two tea bags for 5 minutes and squeeze excess moisture from them. Place in the fridge till cold. Put one bag on each eye for 10 minutes twice a day. This process can also reduce puffy, dark circles.

NOTE: Please be certain to do your homework about tea. Make sure the tea you are using does not have any ingredients that you are allergic to. We don't want to have a nasty allergic reaction from not doing our homework.

Old Faithful:

Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother twice a day will aid in keeping dark puffy eyes away. Two tablespoons a day can help cure and prevent dark puffy eyes.

I drink it as a tea everyday. Read all about it here.

Hope this helps. If you have questions or comments, feel free to contact me.
